About Us

Total Care Direct offers a wide range of professional services in the Essex Area, covering all aspects of care whether a client is living individually in their own home, or within a registered providers residential setting.

These services include all formats of care from personal to domestic duties, from 1 hour to 24 hour visits, for anyone over the age of 18 years, living either individually in their own homes, or within a registered providers residential setting.  We offer help to a wide range of clients including the elderly, those with learning disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease and other mental health problems.

All care is provided in partnership with care users, relatives and personal carers or any organisation that is involved with the client and has the authority to intervene in their personal lives and welfare.

We also offer Cleaning Services, for both domestic and business customers.

At Total Care Direct we aim to provide a high standard of service which will meet the needs of both clients and carers.  We will provide this by ensuring our high set of standards are always fully implemented, and that complete and up to date information is always available to both parties upon request, or when essential , on reviews or supervisions.

Our staff will arrive in a friendly manner.  If, at any time during our service, a change of carer of cleaner is requested we will adhere to this promptly.

We are registered with the CSCI and the UKHCA
