We review and update our procedures and training material on a regular basis in order to comply with the Care Quality Commission Skills for Care guidelines and ensure the highest level of care is maintained on an ongoing basis.
Our Training and Development Manager, Joyce Young, assesses and co-ordinates the training for all Total Care Direct staff to ensure our very high standards of care are maintained.
We are proud to announce that Joyce has passed the “Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector” (PTLLS) qualification which enables her to train external organisations in the highest of care standards.
