Full Time Live in Support
There are a number of occasions whereby our clients need 24 hour live in support. At Total Care Direct we can provide respite for a fulltime carer, deliver short-term hospital discharge services for post-operative care, or provide full time 24 hour live in care on a more long-term basis.
Whatever the scenario we understand how important it is for both service users and their families to feel peace of mind and reassurance that care will be provided to the highest level and that the clients will be treated with the utmost respect.
Following our initial risk assessment, a carer will be selected to suit the needs of the service user. The service user will then have the opportunity to meet their recommended carer before the care plan begins to ensure compatibility.
